Fellowship - Worship - Prayer - Children's Church - Sermon

We extend warm greetings to you and your family. You are all invited to join us in seeking the Lord and encouraging one another.

We believe these to be central

The Centrality of Jesus Christ

The Old Testament points to Jesus, the New Testament documents Jesus, and the Holy Spirit directs us to Jesus. If it were not for the willingness of Jesus to "come in the likeness of men", we would have no hope of salvation, and we would still be dead in our sins. Just as the Scriptures maintain it's central focus on Jesus, so too we ought to have Jesus as the focal point of our lives.

And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
- Colossians 1:18 -

The Centrality of the Bible

The Bible is not a single book, but a collection of books written over a period of 4000 years. The authors were DIRECTLY inspired by the Holy Spirit to provide for us a written record that we might know Him more. That is why we encourage regular Bible reading, Bible memorization and Daily devotions. Since the Bible is the basis of our services (and our lives) we preach expositionaly through the scriptures.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness
- 2 Tim 3:16 NKJV -

The Centrality of Prayer

The Scriptures make plain that prayer is an integral part of the Christian life and ought to be cultivated and watered regularly. Through prayer we build our relationship with God. We praise Him, thank Him, and worship Him. We also bring our physical and spiritual needs to Him in prayer and He hears us. Strong believers are believers who pray without ceasing and so we continually remind believer to pray always.

The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
- James 5:16 -
